Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Discretionary Returns (Change of Mind)
Please choose carefully. We are not legally frustrated to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Any “change of mind” returns are handled at the sole discretion of Warzone Tactical Equipment and may be subject to a 15% handling or restocking fee.
2. Return Conditions
For any return to be considered for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
- The item must be unused, showing no signs of wear, mounting, or testing.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
- For safety and liability reasons, certain tactical items or blank-firing equipment may be ineligible for return once the security seal is broken.
3. Defective Goods & Warranty
In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, if a product is found to be materially defective within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Note: This does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations to tactical equipment.
4. Evaluation Process
All returns are subject to a technical evaluation by our team. Warzone Tactical Equipment reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is found to have been damaged by the user or if the reported fault is not a manufacturing defect.
5. Shipping Costs
Courier and shipping costs for discretionary returns are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our inventory, the following cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Custom-ordered tactical gear.
- Software or digital licenses (including code editor access) once activated.
